What is this whole subscription box thing anyways?  

It is a quarterly subscription. Meaning we ship 4 different boxes a year for the 4 seasons. It's a setup and forget it type of thing. Sign up, pay and then wait for your box to show up. You will automatically be re billed 3 months after you signed up and your next box will ship automatically. Yes! You get to be pampered with gifts every 3 months! (sigh of relief) 


What’s in my box?

In the "original" Motherhood Survival Box you can expect 4-6 handpicked items that will build you up as a mother and a women. A surprise gift is included. In the "mini" Motherhood Survival Box you can expect 2-3 handpicked products from our original box. 


Do your boxes sell out? 

Yes, sometimes we underestimate just how excited you mamas are about our boxes. If we are sold out, you can usually purchase a subscription for the next seasons box, and we will indicate this on the home page. You can always send us an email requesting to be put on the waitlist at hello@motherhoodsurvivalbox.com. If a box becomes available we will let you know the exciting news right away. 


Where does Motherhood Survival Box ship?

At the time we have free shipping to the United States. We ship to Canada for 10 dollars a quarter.


When will my box ship?

If you sign up before the 15th of any month your box will ship that month between the 20th-22nd. If you sign up after the 15th your box will ship the 20th-22nd of the following month. You will receive a tracking number once your box ships.


Can I give this as a gift?

Absolutely! Just select "Give as gift" on our homepage. Make sure to write in a note at checkout and we will handwrite it in a card. 


When will I be billed?

On your first order you will be billed at the time of signup. You will be re billed the last day of the month 3 months from the day you signed up. You also have the option to pay for your subscription upfront and be charged once for  2 quarters or once for 4.


How does subscription billing work?

Subscriptions can be purchased on a quarter to quarter, semi annual or a year payment cycle, and you will be billed the price of your subscription with your initial purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew, and your credit card will be charged the last day of the month based on the subscription plan you choose . This will happen until you cancel. Coupon code savings are only applied to your first subscription, not renewals. For example, if you select our quarterly payment plan, any promotional discounts will only apply to the first box. If you select our year plan, the discount applies to all 4 boxes. Contact us at hello@motherhoodsurvivalbox.com with any questions regarding your billing.


How do I stop the automatic renewals?

Just log in to your account. From there you can edit the subscription or cancel your next renewal. We are sorry to see you go but, we'll be here if you change your mind. 

Cancelling does not stop any scheduled shipments you may have, it will just cancel the auto-renew. For example, if you subscribe for a year plan, and cancel after the first month, you will still receive the remaining three boxes in your subscription (because you paid for them!) but your subscription will not automatically renew. 


Can I return my box? 

Boxes or individual box items cannot be returned or exchanged, sorry for any inconvenience. Please contact us at hello@motherhoodsurvivalbox.com with any concerns about the contents of your box. 


How can I update my billing/shipping info?

You can log into the account you created on our website when you originally purchased your Motherhood Survival Box and you will be able to change your shipping and billing information there. It is your responsibility to keep this up to date. If any info is outdated you run the risk of not receiving your box in a timely manner we are not responsible for any lost packages due to wrong information. 


What if my box was lost/stolen?

Unfortunately we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. But email us at hello@motherhoodsurvivalbox.com and we will see if there is anything we can do. 


What if something in my box was damaged?

We are so bummed when this happens. We take extra care packing our boxes to make sure it gets to you safely but sometimes things happen in transit that are out of our control. Please contact us at hello@motherhoodsurvivalbox.com and we will work with you to get you a replacement product as soon as possible.
